永年悩み続けて来た持病のギックリ腰（別名→のびた病）を又々してしまいました
一週間ずーっと寝床で過ごし　ここに来てようやくリハビリをスタートさせることができる様にました
年内頑張って元気な姿でお正月を迎えたいなと思っています
